Aujourd&#8217;hui, les jumeaux Thomas et Mathieu Bellair viennent de reprendre et r\u00e9nover la petite salle du restaurant Le Poulbot, et la charmante fresque ext\u00e9rieure a repris des couleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas et Mathieu, n\u00e9s au Venezuela, sont arriv\u00e9s en France a l\u2019\u00e2ge de quatre ans, pour s&#8217;installer en famille dans le 18e arrondissement, \u00a0qu&#8217;ils n&#8217;ont pas quitt\u00e9 depuis ce temps -leurs grands-parents \u00a0habitaient sur la Butte, en face du Moulin de la galette.<\/p>\n<p>Mathieu a fait son premier stage au Plazza ath\u00e9n\u00e9e, il a travaill\u00e9 un an avec un chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 au th\u00e9\u00e2tre \u00c9douard VII. Parfois les jumeaux ont \u0153uvr\u00e9 ensemble dans la m\u00eame cuisine, au restaurant Le Square rue Marcadet, ou dans la brasserie de luxe Montparnasse 1900.
