En fait, le peintre s&#8217;est rendu c\u00e9l\u00e8bre par les dessins de ces petits Parisiens effront\u00e9s, mais attachants.<\/p>\n<p>La maison et la rue o\u00f9 elle o\u00f9 se situe le restaurant portent le nom de POULBOT en l&#8217;honneur du Peintre. Il est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint Denis et mort sur la Butte Montmartre o\u00f9 il a pass\u00e9e presque toute sa vie. Il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9 \u00e0 la vie de Montmartre. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le fait des jumeaux Thomas et Mathieu Bellair. Ils ont choisi de vous proposer au Poulbot, une carte inspir\u00e9e de leur parcours culinaire, qui sera renouvel\u00e9e au fil des saisons et des approvisionnements.
