GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Article 1 – Purpose

 

These General Booking Conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions under which customers book a table, a group meal or a private event at the Le Poulbot restaurant.

All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

 

Article 2 – Reservation

 

Reservations can be made:

  • via the form available on the website;
  • by telephone;
  • via email.

A reservation is only considered final after confirmation from the restaurant.

The restaurant reserves the right to refuse a reservation when it is no longer able to provide the requested service.

 

Article 3 – Timetable

 

The restaurant welcomes its customers every day with continuous service from 12pm to 10pm. Opening hours may be exceptionally modified on public holidays, private events or for technical reasons.

 

Article 4 – Delay

 

The customer agrees to notify the restaurant in case of delay.

If we do not hear from the customer, the reservation may be released after a period of 15 minutes.

 

Article 5 – Cancellation

 

Any cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible.

For groups or private events, special conditions can be agreed upon at the time of booking.

 

Article 6 – Groups

 

For group bookings, the restaurant may request:

  • the final number of guests;
  • a single menu;
  • a deposit;
  • specific cancellation conditions.

These conditions are communicated before confirmation.

 

Article 7 – Privatization

 

Any request for privatization is subject to:

  • of a quote;
  • of a written acceptance;
  • of a possible deposit.

The privatization contract takes precedence over these terms and conditions.

 

Article 8 – Price

 

The prices shown on the cards and menus are expressed in euros including VAT.

The restaurant reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

The applicable prices are those in effect on the day of the order.

 

Article 9 – Means of Payment

 

Payments can be made using the payment methods accepted at the restaurant.

Payment is made at the end of the meal unless otherwise agreed.

 

Article 10 – Allergens

 

Information regarding allergens present in the dishes is available from staff in accordance with European regulations.

The customer is asked to report any food allergies or intolerances before placing their order.

 

Article 11 – Liability

 

The restaurant makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services.

Its liability cannot be invoked in the event of:

  • force majeure;
  • of events beyond his control;
  • misuse of the website.

 

Article 12 – Personal Data

 

The data collected during bookings is used solely for:

  • manage reservations;
  • contact customers;
  • to respond to requests.

The processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, limit and object to their data.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

 

The entire content of the site:

  • photographs;
  • texts;
  • videos;
  • graphic identity;
  • logo;

is protected by the Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

 

Article 14 – Force majeure

 

The restaurant cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

The restaurant promises to respond as soon as possible.

 

Article 16 – Mediation

 

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator after having sent a written complaint which has not received a satisfactory response.

 

Article 17 – Applicable Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
